Big Horn County School District #1 would like to connect with local homeschool families and share information about educational opportunities that may be available during the 2026–2027 school year.
Each year, the Wyoming Department of Education requires school districts to notify area private schools and homeschooling families about the opportunity to participate in eligible federally funded programs. Depending on program requirements, eligibility, and available funding, homeschool students may have access to certain educational services and opportunities.

Please complete and return the form to Big Horn County School District #1. The district is required to submit completed and signed forms to the Wyoming Department of Education.
📚 Title I, Part A — Improving Basic Programs
Provides supplemental academic support for students who demonstrate a need for additional instructional assistance.
👩🏫 Title II, Part A — Supporting Effective Instruction
Supports efforts to strengthen teaching and learning in core academic areas.
🎓 Title III — English Language Proficiency
Supports services and programs that help English learners develop language proficiency and achieve academically.
🌟 Title IV, Part A — Student Support and Academic Enrichment
Supports access to a well-rounded education, positive learning environments, and effective use of educational technology.
🔧 Perkins — Career and Technical Education
Supports career and technical education opportunities that help high school students develop academic, technical, and career-ready skills.
❤️ Title VI-B / IDEA — Special Education
Supports special education programs and services for eligible students with disabilities, including allowable excess costs associated with providing appropriate educational services.
Services and participation are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and program guidelines.
