My classroom spotlight features my 7th-hour weights class consisting of Shane Anderson, Travis Crosby, Kellan Jackson, Triffen Jolley, Kreegan Jones, Treyson Merrill, Ella Pierce, Juan Rodriguez, Paul Shetler, Emma Sponsel, and Jacoby Wachob. I can't say enough about this class as they all work very hard lifting, while also having a way of making it fun as there is never a dull moment with this crew. I love the way they motivate and push each other through the workouts each day and they have the strength gains to show from it. Keep up the great work class! Mr. Sponsel
