Mrs. Whipple's class was able to have a fun experience this week with animals. Carl Jones brought his ponies to share while Dave Rael shared his horses. Thank you for supporting our students at RMHS.

Middle school students went to the Cody Rec Center and the movie The Sheep Detective. Thank you RMMS student council for sponsoring this fun activity for our students!

Our very talented Bailey Gifford and Lilian Wenstrom won the annual U.S. Army Ceiling Tile Competition, held throughout the Basin. This year's theme was U.S. Army: A Historical Homage, and students were tasked with creating a tile honoring the Army's many historical events. Students chose to represent the women of World War II and their contributions to military duty and our country. This was our first year for first place! Great job Bailey and Lilian!

#RockyMountain #Grizzlies #Class of 2026
The Class of 2026 has set an incredible example for our school community. These seniors have shown leadership, kindness, resilience, and school pride. They’ve supported one another and represented our school with class.
More importantly, they have become role models for our underclassmen. They know how to have fun, celebrate the moment, and still stay focused on their future. As they prepare for graduation, we are excited to see all the places they will go and the impact they will make in the world.
Congratulations, Seniors! Once a Grizz, always a Grizz.

Our amazing group of middle schoolers represented our Rocky at the annual knowledge bowl competition held in Cody last week. After a written round and 4 oral rounds, they were able achieve 8th place. This is a respectable showing given the fact that they only had five practices! Great job to each of these knowledgeable student leaders!

My pick for HS student of the week is Jaxson Miller. Jaxson has worked hard on keeping up in his classes and is willing to help others in the classroom. He has a positive attitude in his classes and is willing to put in the effort to get things done. Keep up the good work.

Today was trout release day for Mr. Wilson's 7th graders. We were able to stock the very first 135 rainbow trout into the community fishing pond that was renovated by Bairco this winter at the Big Horn Canyon Visitors Center! Following we made a trip out to the Tillett Fish Hatchery to see how fish are reared at a much larger scale!
